Privacy Policy.
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect through omniit.us and omniit.rs, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.
01 Who operates this website
The websites omniit.us and omniit.rs are jointly operated by:
- OMNIIT, sole proprietorship, Belgrade, Serbia – tax ID (PIB) 115423827, registration number 68355745
- Omni IT LLC, North Carolina, USA – SOSID 2264901
In this policy, “we” refers to both companies. For any privacy question, write to office@omniit.us.
02 What data we collect
We only collect the data you send us through the forms on this website:
- Contact form: full name, email address, company name, topic and message.
- Future positions sign-up: full name, email address, area, experience level, a link to your LinkedIn profile or portfolio, and a message.
- Product waitlist: email address, name, company name and an answer to a short question.
- Blog subscription: email address.
With form messages we also record where you came from, for example the name of an ad campaign or the website you clicked from.
In addition, the server hosting the website automatically records technical data about visits, such as IP address, time of access and browser type. We use this data only for security and to keep the website working properly.
If you allow it in the cookie banner, we also record how you use the website (pages visited, clicks, time spent) and whether you arrived through one of our ads.
03 Why we use your data
- To answer your inquiry and prepare an offer – based on steps taken at your request before a possible contract.
- To contact you about future positions – based on your consent.
- To let you know about the product you joined the waitlist for – based on your consent.
- To send you new blog articles – based on your consent.
- To measure website traffic and the performance of our ads – only based on your consent.
- To keep the website secure and working properly – based on our legitimate interest.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
04 How long we keep data
- Contact form inquiries – up to two years after our last communication, unless the conversation leads to a contract.
- Future positions sign-ups – up to two years or until you withdraw consent.
- Waitlist and blog subscriptions – until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Technical visit data – briefly, in line with the hosting provider’s settings.
05 Who else has access
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Access is limited to the service providers we use to run the website and communicate, and only to the extent needed for that service:
- the website hosting provider,
- the email sending and receiving provider,
- Google (Google Fonts), whose servers deliver the website fonts – Google sees your IP address when this happens,
- Cloudflare (Turnstile), which checks on the Contact page that a person, not an automated program, is sending the message – Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic browser data when this happens,
- OpenStreetMap, whose map tiles are loaded on the Contact page – OpenStreetMap sees your IP address when this happens,
- only with your consent: Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), Microsoft (Clarity), LinkedIn and Meta, for analytics and ad measurement.
We may disclose data to public authorities only when required by law.
06 International transfers
Because one of the companies operates in the USA and some service providers use servers outside Serbia and the European Union, your data may be transferred to other countries, including the USA. In those cases we apply the safeguards required by law, such as standard contractual clauses.
07 Your rights
Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- request access to your data and a copy of it,
- request correction of inaccurate data,
- request deletion of your data,
- request restriction of processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- request transfer of your data to another controller,
- withdraw your consent at any time.
Send your requests to office@omniit.us. We respond within 30 days at the latest. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs) or the supervisory authority in the country where you live.
08 Cookies
The necessary cookie “omniit_consent” remembers your cookie choices for 12 months and is always on. We set other cookies only if you allow them in the cookie banner:
- Analytics – Google Analytics (_ga and _ga_*, up to 14 months) and Microsoft Clarity (_clck and _clsk, up to one year), to understand how the website is used.
- Marketing – Google Ads (_gcl_au, up to 90 days), LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn cookies, up to one year) and Meta Pixel (_fbp, up to 90 days), to measure how our ads perform.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
09 Security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organizational measures, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and restricted access. Only people who need the data for their work can access it.
10 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last change is always shown at the top of this page.
